Racing
Members of the club take part in regattas and other racing events throughout the year. The racing season usually kicks off with the Three Rivers race hosted by Cornish club, Caradon. For the past couple of years Affinity has entered crews into the Swanage regatta, part of the Jurassic League. And club members have also taken part in challenge events such as the Great River Race on the Thames in London, and the Hamble River Raid.

Home
As well as travelling to events across the country, the club works together with the three other rowing clubs on the Ouse to host two ‘home’ events — the Seaford Bay Regatta and the Head of the Ouse. In 2024 the regatta will take place on Saturday 29th June, and HOTO24 is on Saturday 7th September.

Away
ARC has raced at the World Pilot Gig Championships for the last three years and will be attending in 2024.
Here are the men's A crew racing in April 2023. We have also taken part in Swanage Regatta, London Cornish Regatta, and the Three Rivers Race.
This year we aim to be involved in more away races.
